I believe the oil filter adapters from the 18V engines will fit the early
blocks. If you use the adapter where the filter is on top, you can use the
PH8A filter (Older Ford) of the 111 filter.  Just make sure that the filter
you use has a check valve in it to prevent drain down.  Not all of them do.
