Windscreen leaks

Ok here is the problem, The MGB is leaking profusely but only in one spot the 
water seems to run down the back of the dash and drip down on to my leg. It 
drips down from the place in the dash where the steering wheel comes though. 
Any thoughts as to where the water is leaking in from and working its way down?
