Corroless vs POR15

Anyone with experience using Corroless and POR15 have any comments which is
best for rust prevention?  I'm talking about painting the inside of fenders
and such during a restoration.  I've cleaned the rust off as completely as I
can, now I want to coat with something that will prevent it coming back.
