antivirus warning

Someone sent a warning about a file  named CFGWIZ32.EXE.  I found it on my
system and checked Norton and they don't have it listed on the virus list.
Could someone be playing a joke on us?  I don't know if this is a normal
file to find in Windows/System or not.  Anyone know?
