Clausager seems to indicate the break at 18V-584-Z-L 101, in August 1971, fo
rthe 72 model year. That would be NA export, 2 HIF4 carbs, emission control,
low compression. The changes in the cylinder head, pushrods, and tappets
also occurred at this time.
