Service exchange gearbox - fault

Hi Folks,

Just had my engine and g/box replaced with Moss Europe Service
exchange items.  I live in Scotland.
The "new" gearbox is very noise indeed ( layshaft).  In fact it is worse
than the one it replaced - obviously faulty.
Anyone out there experience of these service exchange boxes?
