I just picked up a 62 MkII in pretty good condition. Does anyone know of a good way to remove undercoating? I cleaned and powerwashed most of the grease and dirt from the frame, and lower areas, but there is undercoating on the frame and in the wheel wells. It was suggested that I remove it to check for and repair rust. Or is this a bad idea? Any prior experiences? Thanks.
