Alternate British Car Meet

I had heard that the Lutus club has arranged an "alternate british car
meet"  to the Palo Alto All British Car Meet in Palo Alto that has been
canceled.  Does anyone know any details on this? Where and when?  It was
discribed as a pic-nic meet with lots of driving around afterwards.  Not
the usual format with vendors and
bangers.
