WOW!! GREAT CAR!!!! She ain't sougly.
Get Clausager's Original MGA for all the info you could want on the history
of the car and some of the best photos. Also, there is a guy in Doylestown
PA who is an MGA specialist == Clarke Spares & Restorations. He has
publsihed his own restoration guide that is pretty thorough. He's a real
nice guy and pretty free with his time on the phone (215) 348-0595.
There are also two "fancy" MGA restoration books out there that I've seen
onmy local bookstore shelves that look fairly comprehensive. Malcolm Greene
puts out one of the more complete ones.
One place to check is www.books4cars.com. I've purchased many books from
them, they appear to often beat the barnes&noble price, ship pretty quickly,
and always have stock on hand (at least what I was buying). Plug in MG in
the search engine and see what they have. In addition to Greene, I'm sure
several others will pop up.
GOOD LUCK, and post pictures as you work through your restoration!
