Thanks Max, that was right on.  I would add only that using coolant will
raise the boiling point even further.  I use a antifreeze/water mix of
25/75, with water wetter and estimate a boiling point of 230, but I haven't
reached it yet to find out.  Of course this is a summer only mix.  Highest
temp I've seen this summer is 212, cruising all day at 60-65, air temp in
mid/high 80's.
