I'm not sure you're right in saying the factory built a 4-place TD, Bill.
The US Importer, Inskip Motors, sold one that was designed and built by the
owner of that company. There were quite a few built and several still appear
at shows around the country. I believe the 4-seat TD that Goguen had was an
Inskip.

I understand it, this was a one-off factory-built car. Jerry Goguen (who
used to own Abingdon Spares) had it at his MG museum in Vermont. When I saw
it, it was for sale, one of the few cars remaining in his collection.
