Just wanted to thank everyone for the input and advice relating to my
accident.
I took your advice and went for a doctors visit. which I wouldn't have done
except at many members of the list urging, turns out I have a slight
fracture in my wrist... will be fine.
About the car...
I was actually quite impressed with the adjuster I ended up with, MG parts
where in his computer system, but he decided to use the prices in the
catalogue of the local reseller I brought with me (Thanks List!), which
where slightly higher. I ended up getting an allotment to have the car
repaired that I thought was quite generous, and (according to the MG
specialist I took it to for repairs), higher than the actual repair costs,
so things worked out well.
It helped my cause greatly that the driver who hit me took full
responsibility and didn't try to shirk any blame.
green bee will be back on the road today!
