Jim:

Nothing to it.  Just go to the web page after it's loaded LEFT
click to the right of the URL in the "location bar."  When the
whole line is high lighted, right click and a menu pops up. 
Click on "copy."

Shift to the window of the email and left click the cursor where
you want the URL.  Right click and the menu pops up again.  Right
click "paste."
