Rob:  sorry about the wreck, hope no one was hurt.  With ref to the repair 
costs, you have every right to be "made whole"   You might ask your insurance 
agent for advice.  You can sure refuse the offer you were made and insist on 
more $$.  Good Luck! and keep em on the road.
