Headrest Height; How to adjust

To the List:
Does anybody know how I can lower or raise the stock headrests in my 1978 
MGB. I would like be able to lower them so that they don't look like a "Tee" 
Also what repair manual would be the best for me to buy so I could work out 
these little problems, like lowering the Headrests, myself. Thank you, Albert
