Scott, there should be a pressure tab that presses against the spindle that
needs to be gently pried back at the same time as you pull.  Not easy
sometimes.  On some cars you would swear that somebody super glued those
things on.   Persevere my friend.   Sometimes you can get away with just
changing the blades themselves if the entire arm won't budge.
