:-) I like this one. Most of my cars have been kinds quirky. I mean,
how many '59 Lancia Appias are there left?

I don't want to do ANY mechanical work on my daily driver. That
is utility. My limited <car> time is dedicated to the "toys."

See above. For me, a daily driver is an "expendable" car.

LOL! Around town, I can see the value of an automatic but I
don't want one. My Ferrari is 5 speed and will leave you with
leg cramps by the time a session of around-town-trips is completed.
Yet, I wouldn't want an auto in it. I'd drive the BMW.
