I decided to sell my B! It is a 67 in clean daily driver condition. No
rust. Originally from CA always garaged. I have owned the car only since
earlier this year and I brought it back on the road after it sat for 2
years with the former owner. It is ready for the summer now!
Here are all the facts that I can think of. I will take some digi pics
tomorrow that I can send along if you are interested. I am located in
Southern Louisiana. I would prefer selling to someone close by (that can
come look at the car before buying) but I am willing to have it inspected
by a shop in town that you pick.
3 tops, nice hard top, older but useable tonneau cover, conv. Top needs
replacing
Weber conversion. Old carbs come with car
XL oil cooler
Arrow straight body
All glass nice, no cracks
All chrome and stainless are very presentable
New tires (BFGoodrich) on aftermarket alu rims
New MG embossed cast valve cover (chrome)
New carpet kit, not intstalled
New front brake pads
New rh rear hub oil seal
New eye bushings rear leave springs
Carburetor rebuild on weber carb
New points and condenser
Filter and oil change
Transmission fluid change, rearend gearoil change
New intake / exhaust manifold gasket and all new hardware for manifolds.
New aftermarket (Purolator) fuel pump and fuel filter. Installed w/o
drilling holes. 2 original fuel pumps come with car.
New Kenwood 3 way speakers and Sony in dash CD sound system. CD installed,
speakers started to install in battery tray. Spare (intact) battery tray
comes with car. Can sell without stereo for $150 less.
New plexiglass window in hard top
Replaced speedo angle drive and bushing at transmission
Seats: drivers side seams are pulling apart, pass. Side has a few cracks.
No rust visible. But found some minor bubbling in front rear quarters at
the very bottom. This is the only spot. I had car on a lift. Floors etc.
are all rock solid.
Clear coat has pockmarks, especially on trunklid but on the rest of car it
is not visible from 10 feet away
The downshifts from 3rd to 2nd when driving fast are harsh. No problem to
drive this way, upshifts are fine, but this may need attention and needs
mentioning.

entertain any reasonable offer! Also interested in trades or partial
trades for classic oldsmobiles. I am positive you that you can't find one
with such a clean and rust free body often! The 67 is also one of the best
B's built IMO. It has the 5 main block, no emissions, the cool metal dash
and of course chrome bumpers! Feel free to pass this along to other lists
and friends.
