Has California Weather Moved East?

According to the wetherman, here in South Carolina we're in the worst drought in
100 years.
OF course other than having to water the lawn, I'm loving it.  I've had the top
off my B since the second week of February.
I went the entire summer and fall last year with just the tonneau.

I'm glad I own a B instead of a boat
