Hi Walt,

  You've been DPO'd!  IOW, somone has butchered the thing.  Happens all
the time.  My '69 had a Midget pump on it when I bought it.  The
diagrams, etc, in the Moss catalog  were very helpful to me when I went
about restoring it to stock configuration.
