They ARE having a sale. It's a volume sale. The more you buy the greater
the discount. You weren't tricked, you just didn't read the fine print.
The key words are "up to 15%", which can of course include smaller numbers.
Order over $100 and get 8%, $200 and get 10%, $500 and get 12%, $1000 and
get 15%. Orders under $100 don't qualify for discount.
