    This is a sign off compression "blow-by". Take a compression test and see 
if you can identify the cylinder that is losing compression; thus allowing 
the crankcase to fill with the higher pressure and causing your oil misting. 
Not a good sign but if you block off the hole you will find the mist going 
somewhere else to escape.
