Is this a good deal?

'54 MG-TF (1250 engine).  Recently and fully restored (to about a 2, maybe a
2+, condition).  No mechanical problems.  <60k miles.  Wood is solid.  No
rust.

At $19k, would I have to be an idiot to pass it up, or would I just be
stupid, or would I demonstrate the wisdom of Solomen in doing so?
