The Plot Thickens

Replaced some more grody connections, got the everything back on line
and now have lost the clock, horn, interior lights and cigar lighter.
Had all this until that unknown wire, hanging around touched the alt.
Have wrapped the end until I can find where it goes.  Been looking at
the wiring diagram and it seems now the culprit is a purple wire that
connects all the components that are out.
