MGTF replica price&update/advice

I'm dealing on the MGTF i posted earlier about they are willing to take
$7000.00 for it and have $17000.00 worth of reciepts,what do you
guys/ladies think?She is not sure of the manufacturer but it's got MGB
drivetrain/suspension/real chrome knock offs,ect.They are going to get
back to me on the manufacturer.It still needs paint some assembly all
the tough stuff is done though.It has never been driven or registered.
   Any help,things to look for,run from?Thanks....
