Duplicate posts, List related, not MG related

I have received many duplicate posts since about last Sunday.  The bulk of 
which showed up last night.  In addition there seems to
be many messages that are delayed by many days.

This is not limited to the MG list, it has happened on the Jaguar list too, 
which has a different server.

This has happened to other list subscribers, with different ISPs.

Just curious, does anyone know what's happening?

Seems as though all messages were caught in a big cache somewhere and then got 
released twice, maybe three times?
