Wow, that takes me back too! I got my first B when I was sixteen. It took
me all summer to restore it to road condition. But I backed it up and drove
it forward at least 10 times a day in the driveway, just iching to get it out
on the road. It's amazing how such a little car can really add so much to
the joy of life.

Do I ever. I had mine off the road for 4 months and just had to drive it up
the road and back as just a powered shell just the once - no seats,
dashboard (oil/temp gauge taped to steering column etc etc. Helps to tide
one over and boost the desire to complete the restoration.
