It depends on where the height is.  My six foot 2 brother-in-law
wears 30 inch inseam trousers, but has to have talls for shirts. 
Take several people of the same height, have them sit down
together on a bench, and notice the difference.  This is
especially true of women who typically have longer legs for their
height when compared to men.
