Can somebody ID this steelcraft panel?

  I have a steelcraft panel, it's obviously something
to do with wheel arches, and it's labelled:

Steelcraft MB 55 LH.

  ...can anyone state what this is actually for? I was
told MGB when I acquired it, but after ebaying it
as such I was told it wasn't....

  Can anyone confirm?
