Huuum, somehow I think, David, you having a meeting with Illinois State
Police not Illinois Sect. of State Police would be beneficial to your
WALLET.

Especially when they tow the Midget then give you a $ 75.00 citation on top
of it.  And "might" add one or two others (operating an
unsafe....)(reckless...).

I can very easily see a $500.00 "shoe savings" happenin' here!!
