  Caught sumpin' from ED?  LOL. 

   This hoopla over head studs is a hoot.  I've reinstlled a few
cylinder heads in my life, using the original studs or bolts.  Never had
a come backer, either.  I've also replaced  some that were pitted or
showed signs of stretching.  My present GH engine has used studs in it,
no probs.
