Cases in Point:

The "Deluxe" MGA.  I don't have the exact data at hand, but
the majority of the deluxes were MK IIs and most, I believe,
of them were produced in the last few months of MGA
production.  Many of these have about every possible option
still on the shelf, including many CR boxes.
