Front Suspension

In preparing to bolt the front suspension back together with mostly new
parts I've been reviewing the Haynes manual and have a few questions.
 
1) What is best to lub the wishbone pivot arms? I'm using V8 bushings so
there is steel on steel. Will anti-seize work here?
 
2) How tight do you secure the nuts on the wishbone mountings and two
kingpin mountings (wishbone ends and shock mounts)? The manual gives no
number for these.
