Hi MGers, I have a good word for Kobalt Tools (lowes). I purchased a lot of 
tools from them including a large ratchet set. The ratchet failed and 
started slipping teeth. I sent them an email and in no time they sent me a 
new ratchet all the way down south no questions asked and I did'nt even 
have to ship the bad one back.  Craftsmen has also done the same for me 
with a couple of broken drill bits. Enrique
