If you need to keep driving it for more than a couple of days mchange
the oil to a straight 30w HD (40w if you are in the sun belt) and add a
can of Restore along with the oil. I got a 20psi boost once in a
situation like yours in an old Saab, but the rings weren't broken, just
worn. At 100 psi I doubt yours are broken either. It ran for over 5000
miles at this higher compression until it was totaled in a wreck.
