seat levers - '70B

I found that its necessary for me to lean forward in my seat to get the
lever to move properly.  If I rest my back against my seat, the lever
resists movement.  Something to try, at least.  Nina

Allen and all,

The chrome lever releases the back of the seat to move forward and back.  It
probably hasn't been used for a decade of so and is firmly in place.
