Finally got a few minutes to fill the transmission of
the 76B non-OD. Boy, was it thirsty - took about 1.5
quarts! I still have that slight chattering sound,
however, mainly in third, it seems. But it shifts a
lot more smoothly and quietly, not surprisingly! I
ended up getting a pump at Pep Boys however, it did
not fit in the quart container so I ended up cramming
the tube into the trans filler hole then pumped with
one hand in the wheel well and held onto the container
with the other. While under the car, lying on my back.
Heading out to the chiropractor now.
