This is sad news. It seems all too often that we must stop and
remember the name of a friend whose passing is both unfortunate and
untimely. I will stop at the end of the day and lift a glass of the
finest malt in my possession to him, and remember Mike with Ray
Gibbons and Dammit Dick Creswell as gentle souls, full of joy and
mischief who shared a common love.
