Correct fuel pressure for Weber downdraft carbs?

I am running my Weber downdraft with the same fuel pump I had on with
my SUs and no regulator.  At a car show this weekend I was talking to
another owner who was told that it should be running a a 1.5 lbs.  What
is everyone else using?
