Chris, welcome to the MG list. Your impulse buy experience sounds all to familiar to most of us. Considering your car does not smoke and seems to have no major mechanical or electrical problems 1200$ seems like a fine deal. Of course your car is an MGB with Lucas electrics and standard oil leaks. So buy your self a Haynes manual and keep in touch. Enrique |
