David, after hunting down three shorts I have quite a nack for the wirings of my MGB. If your horn and turn signals don't work I would look that the wire bundle up front that connects the turn signals, horn and headlights. This area of the car is subject to engine heat, water, etc. You may have corroded connectors because of this. Check each connector and give it a rub with a wire brush.
