Hi There,
This is the first time I write to the list and as you will notice my MG
knowledge is very limited, so please mind my
maybe stupid questions.
I'm the owner of a MG-C GT 69 US model with an automatic transmission. I
love the car and have never really had
any problems (the two years i've owned it). One thing that is bothering
me though is it's power. I know that the auto
transmission takes some, but i've read/heard lot's of people talking
about K&N air filters, better exhaust systems and
stage 2 engines. I would like to do all/some of this myself (with time
...), so I figured to start with the easy part (air
filters?).
In the performance.pdf catalouge from mossint.co.uk I found what theay
call a K&N Replacement Filter Assemblies
for MGC, HS6 (KN56-9096). Is this part all I need or is this just the
filter (do I need a new case, mine is the original
with both air filters in one large) ?
Any help apreciated.
