First off who owns the property the car is sitting on????If it is your
girlfirends property then just maybe the car is rightfully hers and she
would give it to you???. In any event I would offer the owners $200.00. It
doesn't sound like they have any real interest and you probably have a lot
of work ahead just got the car running...
