Hi, I just picked up on this thread. Pardon me if I repeat what someone else may already have pointed out. PPG makes a two-part epoxy primer that does seal out moisture if you must drive the car or let it set outside before final painting. The part numbers are DP 48 (it is available in white, gray and possibly some other colors) and DP 401. It isn't cheap. What is that's any good. Use a proper respirator too. R. Johnson - Dallas |
