Mike, I'm not sure what you mean, water is supposed to be squirted on the
windshield?.
Something to help you troubleshoot.
1. Make sure the cable are connected in the correct order.
2. Blow through the tubes to see if they are not plugged.
3. The squirters must point at the left and right fenders not at the
windshield. The water comes out
perpendicular to the tube
