MGA Steering Wheel

My MGA goes through life with a leather cover on its steering wheel rim 
becaused it is embarrassed by the moth eaten condition.    Of the wheels 
available from the various vendors, which is most suitable and which will take 
the same plastic center as the original?   Is there anyone who can recondition 
the original?   Thanks for any help.
