On the MG list we've been discussing meeting for lunch at Sneha
in Sunnyvale tomorrow (Wednesday). I'm posting the details to
both the MG and the SOL list. Anyone who wants to join us is welcome.
The plan is to meet in the Sneha parking lot at 11:45 (and beat the
lunch rush). Let's meet in front of the LBC parked closest to the
front door. If people have two neurons on speaking terms when they
get dressed in the morning, wear a LBC or related theme T-shirt.
That way anyone showing up later can tell the group of car nerds
from the various groups of computer nerds.
To get to Sneha:
Get on Lawrence Expressway heading north.
Just after you cross under Central Expressway,
turn right as if to get on Central heading west.
Turn immediately right into Sneha's parking lot.
It is across the street (not Lawrence) from Wells Fargo.
If you are on Lawrence heading South (from 101 towards 280)
it is actually easiest to avoid lights and take Central east
to lawrence north and then the central west exit
(yes going through 3/4 of the clover leaf is easier than w
waiting to pull a u-turn at the light).
>From Central Westbound, exit for Lawrence Northbound.
Sneha is an Indian Buffet. They've got a very wide selection.
Some spicy, some moderate food. They usually have soft serve
mango icecream in addition to kheer and a couple other items
for dessert.
With drink and tip the meal should cost under $12.
