Everything looks like it's in great shape, but your
DCOE has the wrong choke bracket for a B... which is
what your manifold if for.
The choke on your carb is for a cable entering on the
side opposite the fuel delivery inlet. This is the configuration
that would allow a choke cable to enter the carb from the fire wall
if properly mounted on the passenger side (US) of the
engine, not the driverside as is needed on a B.
Do you have any venturis to go along with the carb?
I noticed they're not in the carb body in any of the photos.
