Well, the gent I was talking to also had QQ (antique
in NJ) plates. He said he put 10,000 miles on his car
last year and has NEVER had an issue with the QQ
plates. In NJ, the restrictions are very nebulous and
do NOT include mileage restrictions... I believe
others in NJ have said the same thing re: QQ plates.
