Woohoo... the insurance company finally came good and is paying out for
my new ALUMINIUM bonnet (hood). It will look lovely but now I will need
to get the rest of the car painted to match!
BTW someone literally just four houses from me has a car with a very
nice PRIMROSE paint job (or so it seems from a bit of a distance)...
shock horror, have I influenced someone. According to the number plate
it is a 1970 MGB - it has overdrive.
Looks lovely (makes mine look even tattier grrr...). I must introduce
myself and get him to get the car on the track :-) I have only seen
slightly more powerful cars there before so I wonder if it is his...
